Dear legislator, I strongly oppose this bill. The RENEWable Energy Fund was created to help homeowners pay for renewable systems or components that would help them reduce their on-going energy use and thus reduce their energy bills. Using renewable systems is exactly that renewable! This is so important here especially, due to the extremely high electricity rates in NH. These funds should be used for this purpose, not any other.
