The Renewable Energy Fund was intended to help homeowners install renewable energy systems/components at their homes in order to establish LONG-TERM savings on their energy bills by using less energy. Helping home owners pay their energy bills, does not accomplish anything toward the goal of increasing renewable energy resources for homeowners. Legislators, PLEASE use these funds wisely and as they were intended.
