I believe in the inconvenient truth that we are dealing with drastic, catastrophic changes on our planet, such as we are starting to experience in our country and planet. Part of decreasing & stopping these changes, is to control Big powerful oil industries, and use energy that is safe for our planet. I have indications that the Department of Energy is not fulfilling it's role. The Department of Energy needs to support alternative renewable energy. It is my understanding, that if this bill becomes law, no funding will be provided to support Renewable Energy in the state of NH
