Please enter into testimony on this bill. I oppose this bill because in reality it will gut renewable energy funds for future energy initiatives and only give nominal refunds to rate payers. I am in favor of pooling the resources for future renewable energy initiatives and think my small refund will be better spent in this investment for our future.
