The amendment to this bill seems to preclude groups like the NH Municipal Association from direct interactions with town government. When I was a member of my town planning board, I relied on such organizations for advice and training. Volunteer boards need all the help they can find from experts, even if they are technically lobbyists. Please don’t pass a bill that interferes with the ability of town officials to gain expertise and advice. Sincerely, Hillary Nelson
