Testimony is for non germain, replace all amendment. Amendment 25-0721h would give both the house and senate complete powers and eliminate the valuable testimony of subject matter experts. The original bill was retained in committee. This attempt is only proving that the sponsors of the original bill are trying to push and agenda and remove the voice of the people.
