This bill needs to be soundly defeated! It is an attempt by the legislative and executive branches to shirk their responsibility to provide the finances necessary to ensure an adequate education for NH's public school children, as directed by the judicial branch in the Claremont cases. It is an outrageous attempt to undermine NH's court/judicial system and undercut democracy in our state! Please defeat this bill!
