I oppose this bill. The whole point of having three co-equal branches of government is for the judicial, legislative, and executive branches to be able to effectively check each others' excesses. The judicial branch is necessarily involved in core policy-making. In this case, through the results of multiple lawsuits, it found that the legislative and executive branches were not adequately funding public education. As a state, we need to accept these findings.
