I oppose HB610 and wish to see the OCA continue to represent residential ratepayers' interests as it has for many years. Given the disagreements and challenges with the relationship between the PUC and the Dept of Energy, now is not the time to introduce new uncertainty and risk to residential ratepayers by changing how their interests are represented and protected.
