HB492 is very smart to add to bills to avoid any confusion. From the bill: after a state primary there is uncertainty over whether a candidate received enough write-in votes to be placed on the general election ballot, the state political parties may request a recount. Yes, avoid uncertainty or confusion. Make the write in results more clear cut. I support this bill with the fact to stop any question to wait and wonder what is the exact, correct count especially after a primary.
