OCA must be independent for all ratepayers to be fully and exclusively be represented. In this political environment today, our interests as tax payers and rate payers are being superceded by interests of political parties. OCA has consistently been in our corner over the years to challenge utilities and legislations that would have be a financial distress to the residents of NH.
