So the state doesn't agree with the legal findings of multiple lawsuits and therefor wants to circumvent the rulings in their favor. This is a gross misuse of power. NH ranks lowest in the nation for state funding of education. NH ranks 4th highest in the nation for property taxes. The state's consistent refusal to fund education is bankrupting Granite Staters and driving property tax rates through the roof. Please ITL this bill and step up to fund education adequately.
