Both this resolution and HCR7 are extreme resolutions that seek to undermine the judicial branch's role in ensuring New Hampshire provide an adequate education for all students. Instead of trying to undermine decades of court precedent and trying to impeach a judge, this legislature would be better spent devote more of its time and effort to actually fixing school funding.
