Good morning. I can't believe anyone who cares about New Hampshire residents struggling to pay bills would even propose this bill, which is blatantly anti-consumer. But, here we are. The idea that the Department of Energy could handle this job suggests a failure to understand the workload of that department. Or, it raises the possibility that the sponsors do understand the enormous workload and know they can effectively block consumer protection by making the department responsible. If you favor unfettered corporations preying on New Hampshire residents, vote for this bill. It's as simple and clear as that. Thank you for considering my remarks. Christopher Jensen, Bethlehem, NH.
