The expense of every expansion of the so-called education "freedom accounts" has far exceeded the estimates and the budgets every time. This is nothing more than a transfer of wealth from the poor and working people to the rich, starving our fine public education system of the funds needed to provide the education which every New Hampshire citizen has the right to access.
