Hi I am writing to oppose HB610 which would move the Office of Consumer Advocate to the Department of Energy. I believe this would weaken the advocacy on the part of consumers. This office serves as a voice for ratepayers whose voice should be heard and represented in New Hampshire. Please offer this testimony into the record.
