My family has chosen to have our two children attend private school so this bill would actually financially benefit our family but I am opposed to the bill because I look forward to my children transitioning into public school as it is a space for students and their families have to/ get to encounter others who are not like them and navigate differences. Public School offers resources that private and sectarian schools can't.
