Good morning, I live and vote in Bristol, NH and I am opposed to this bill. because this bill attacks the principle of separation of powers between the judicial, executive, and legislative branches. The courts play a role in ensuring that the state's education system meets our constitutional requirements. I also believe this bill sets a dangerous precedent. The passage of this bill would set a dangerous precedent, further emboldening the legislature to ignore judicial rulings. Please oppose this bill.
