I am vehemently opposed to HCR11. It’s time the State of New Hampshire starts paying its fair share of education costs and stops pushing the burden to property owners. The State has been ignoring its constitutional obligations and ignoring NH Supreme Court rulings for 3 decades! It’s time to stop!
