I oppose this bill because it does not include rural schools that consolidate students from multiple towns. My school district includes Franconia, Sugar Hill, and Easton. If this bill passes, I would only be allowed to vote for candidates for school board who live in Easton. I would be effectively disenfranchised from choosing the candidates for my local s hool board who happen to reside in the two other towns.
