Consumer Advocates act as a crucial check and balance in the regulation of utility companies. The Consumer Advocate represents the interests of working-class Granite Staters by ensuring that utility companies are not raising rates unfairly, providing adequate service, and adhering to regulations. Our Consumer Advocate gives a voice to the public in utility-related decisions that could otherwise heavily favor the utility companies themselves. A vote against the CA is a vote against working-class families in New Hampshire.
