Good afternoon, Passing CACR 2 as a constitutional amendment would enshrine fair redistricting principles in NH's constitution. Of course, the operative word here is 'fair.' What one group of people think might be fair may be completely opposite from what a nother group of people believe to be fair. Therefore, enshrined in the CACR 2 should be an eqall number of people representing all facets of NH's geography, demographics, political leanings, and so on. I support CACR 2 and I hope you do, too. ENOUGH with any one particular party 'in power' getting to write and/or rewrite all the rules.
