I fully support HB314 .... If the NHMA is for sharing information and education the public should be allowed to read their full website and be able to attend classes but we are blocked from most things .... .... the public would like to know how municipalities operate and taking the classes would be a great prep for someone considering running for office .... .... the articles are literally online and the courses are mostly -- so what is the harm in allowing the public to view? unless they're saying things the public wouldn't like to hear
