This is a bill that the Governor’s COGE unit should put on public display as it is the epitome of waste. Public schools do not conduct surgeries or prescribe drugs. The diagnostic tests of which I am aware have to with special education placements, not gender assignments. What type of ridiculous people come up with these ideas? Certainly not anyone associated with public schools. Move on from this madness!
