As someone who supports small NH farms, I have seen how hard it is for them to find livestock processing locations. There are frequent delays in processors returning meat to the farms, difficulty scheduling, cost issues, and other factors that make the already difficult job of farming even more challenging. Please consider allowing additional safe options for meat processing in the state to support this critical part of our agriculture.
