Helen Tam-Semmens

I served in my town's Conservation Commission for many years. I think this will open a pandora box of people taking squirrels and raccoons from the wild, and hard for NH Fish and Game to keep track whether they were deemed by a wildlife rehabilitator to be unable to survive in the wild or not.
