This is a ridiculous proposal which would further widen the gap between those who have the money to do this and those who are stuck with wherever they can afford to live. Furthermore, if this could be done simply by owning one small lot somewhere with no buildings on it, the property taxes gained by that Town would in no way support the cost of schooling- in fact, they virtually never do, but this would make the situation even worse and transfer the cost of educating that student to the other tax payers in town. Please defeat this bill.
