When public funds go to an organization, they go to that organization, fully recognizing what that organization represents. For that organization to then lobby further for its own purposes is in furtherance of the mission of that organization, which it was the intent of the public funds to support. This bill would impose unnecessary conditions on a public organization and limit their ability, unnecessarily to lobby for themselves. please do not pass this bill or at least categorize it as inexpedient.
