This bill seems to attack people and communities trying to protect themselves from the overreach of fanatical members of the legislative body. Lobbyists and employees that may come to testify or even speak to their communities’ elected officials, on what ramifications a bill may have on its community, would be in jeopardy of being charged with a Class A Misdemeanor. You want to make speaking about a bill being presented to change law in the State of New Hampshire, a higher crime, then DUI, most theft cases, Assault and many other much more egregious crimes. This is just an attempt to stop freedom of speech against bad bills presented by Libertarians pretending to be Republicans.
