I oppose this bill because it seems overly broad, and may have many unintended consequences -- in cuts out many people from speaking out on legislative matters, creates a financial/administrative burden to try to avoid being accused of "prohibited speech", and then it classifies such prohibited speech as a Class A misdemeanor.
