HB341 is a very sensible bill that should pass with a unanimous vote. The vital need to keep all of the voters' records up to date is apparent with every single election in all towns and/or cities. Domicile can be proven and shown to the clerk or supervisor before the election day which in turn is on record per voter for the election day's work of the ballot clerk. Voting must be easy and fast and not discouraging. Again, HB341 is sensible and must pass without any difficulty at all.
