This is a zero-sum game. Everyone gets harmed by almost all of the bills proposed today. There is no evidence of any voter is or would try to fool the election workers he/she knows personally to cast an illegal ballot. This was done over a century ago and I think we have this down. In other words stop looking for a problem to fit your horrible voting schemes.
