As a PTSA Board members for many years and as a clinical pharmacist, I oppose this silly bill. In all my volunteer hours, I have never come across an operating room at school, nor witnessed any medical procedures being offered at school other than dental screenings to students who do jot have access to this care. In terms of diagnostic screenings- that would include something as simple as take a blood pressure or temperature. Let’s focus on things that matter like creating a safe place for students to learn. Let’s create funding to be able to offer all students a public education. This is a meaningless bill they only have negative consequences to our students.
