So, any time the legislative and executive branches don't like a court decision, they want the right to declare that they are not bound to act to as required by that decision? This bill is an incredible overreach of legislative powers. There are reasons why there are three branches of government. Each branch of government is separate from the others yet has some control over and is controlled by the other two. This is a system of checks and balances. Where does this blatant disregard for our courts' decisions end?
