Honorable Members of the Committee Commerce Having sponsored Bills of similar intent over the period of 2005 to 2018, I strongly urge you to support HB721. The Constitution for the United States of America only prohibits the States from making commodity other than gold or silver legal tender. As much as trading in gold and silver is a more stable than fiat currency now employed by the government of the United States of America any measure that encourages their use is positive. Hon.
