Bill HB396 being passed would help so many small scale farmers. The bill would eliminate having to haul our stock an hour or more away to have it processed. Besides the inconvenience, the animals get very stressed and the quality of the meat is affected. We would be able to provide a product more affordable to the locals. Please pass HB396.
