I oppose this bill as written. After an online search and finding no complaints of surgical procedures performed at NH schools, this appears to be a solution for which no problem exists. Outlawing diagnostic testing such as temperature monitoring, or taking a medical history in the instance of an urgent problem is unsafe, and further requires the parent or guardian to bring the student to a clinic or Urgent Care to gain medical expertise that could be provided by a school nurse.
