I fully support HB396 to allow NH farmers to have meat processed at non USDA facilities. I have purchased 1/2 cow from a farmer that was privately processed and was so impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of that process. It would help more granite staters have access to local, healthy food if this bill were passed, allowing use of private processors for individual sales of meat. Thank you.
