Dear Committee members ~ I am opposed to HB 314 . The current law RSA 15:5 already prohibits "use [of] state funds to lobby or attempt to influence legislation, participate in political activity, or contribute funds to any entity engaged in these activities.” Placing undo fear tactics fear tactics on top of the already clear statute is wrong. Please see the importance of holding to the existing law RSA 15:5 and oppose passage of HB314! Thank you for representing the voice of the citizens of NH .
