Please oppose this bill for these reasons: • prohibit a huge number of individuals from engaging in the legislative process; our democracy is in trouble due to forces in government that oppose citizen rights, protected freedoms, and social and environmental justice. • create burdensome segregation of funds, and • create criminal and other penalties for voicing an opinion.
