This Bill seeks to solve a problem that doesn't exist. Schools can't even give Tylenol without parental permission -- they're certainly not writing prescriptions. In terms of diagnostic testing, prohibiting it could cause unintended consequences when it comes to children seeking special education services. This is a bad Bill. I wish all of you would actually try to do some good instead of wasting your time with this asshattery.
