New Hampshire is food insecure. The majority of our food comes from out of state. Our farmers work very hard to produce food locally despite the exigencies of our climate. Local food creates stronger communities. Passing this bill would help both farmers and consumers, allowing consumers to purchase locally produced meats at affordable prices
