I oppose this bill. School Boards already have policies in place that outline parental rights. This bill is not needed. We need to trust our school administrators to provide a safe school environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Over legislating is not going to solve parents being involved in the education of their children. This bill continues a trend of distrust between parents and schools and is poorly written.
