I am a school nurse in NH. It is not within my scope of practice as an RN to prescribe medication or perform surgery, I do, however, perform diagnostic test daily while caring for my students. Specifically students with diabetes who require blood sugar checks multiple times per day. This bill would infringe on their rights under the ADA to attend public school in the least restrictive environment.
