I believe that putting this power into the hands of an elected official versus the hands of fish and game would extremely hinder the acts of hunting and fishing in the live free or die state of New Hampshire that I call home. As an avid outdoorsman I believe that fish and game with their biologists and officials should set all dates, seasons and bag limits for our wildlife. This bill is government overreach and for a “free” state shouldn’t even be on the table for discussion.
