I have been in family court since 2009. This court destroyed my family, my livelihood, my faith in humans. I was denied due process. Certification of service was ignored. My children went from living a normal life as a family in the Seacoast, to being homeless for nearly two years. False accusations, perjury and fraud were the core of the case. The judges either alumni connections, or influences by gossip and a smear campaign turned a blind eye to repeated violations of court orders, to criminal contempt of court, and to perjury and fraud in all years. I fought systemic discrimination and injustice for a decade and ultimately got the US Department of Justice Involved for blatant violations of the ADA title II, due process and more. I can prove transcript tampering in at least 3 years. The latest resulted in numerous pages of errata which the court and escribers tried to bury. It is 2025. My X will live a life of ease till he dies and has never seen more than a slap on the wrist for all these years of fraudulent filings. In none of the years in this court were the rules followed or the orders enforced and every order had “errors” in my X’s favor. My children were removed from my life on false accusations 3 times and I have not seen one of them since 2017. I have had no findings ever of being abusive to my children. My children will be struggling for the rest of their lives because of the traumas inflicted on them in by these corrupt judges who refused to order child support or respond to an Ex Parte of mine ( although they responded to his fake ones) until our daughter who is on the spectrum had been living homelessly due to abuse she experienced by her father ( ignored by court) until she was hospitalized for suicidal ideation. The judge ruling on this case and delaying orders who put child support on less than half actual income for years happened to attend college with my X. This was discovered by an investigative journalist. The judge refused to recuse himself. There has already been a NH Supreme Court order proving his perjury and fraud in 2016 and it’s 2025 and I am still in the NH Supreme Court.. This case has cost the state more money in hearings and Medicare and social services than I received in all years in child support. Abuse of Process, coercive control and the destruction of NH families is the direct result of a system that operates as a kangaroo court and has no interest in justice or the law but basically exists to reward the players in the system. Canada has extensive research and laws to hault legal abuse, legal bullying and more. It is not an exaggeration to say that this family court destroyed my family, and my life. Why? Because it’s a “game” where the winner has money, power, and control and the judges are corrupt and do not enforce their own orders or rules. It should abolished because the extreme violation of my rights and the impact of crimes against me have been severe and are irreparable. No family, no child, should have to experience 1/10 of what my family experienced in this court system. No one should ever experience the hell I have been put through in this court. Criminals should be prosecuted not rewarded- and judges should be accountable for breaking their rules and not enforcing the law. There is no way a judicial conduct committee made up of the same judges with the abhorrent conduct is effective. Discovery should be like a car loan. Don’t provide the information? You do not get the car. You cannot move forward. Wide discretion is a license to break the law and get away with it. And transcripts tampering? Especially a case where another state is involved is a violation of RICO. Clearly I have experienced the worst of this system. And yet he still is dragging me through it in the NH Supreme Court 16 years in- I’ve been in court longer than I was married because the judges refused to stop the violations and the abuse of process? Why? Because they, and the lawyers have something to gain. And they could not have cared less about three children whose lives have been forever altered by the trauma which they scripted for them. Abolish this court. It’s unconstitutional. It is corrupt. And it is not salvageable. I sincerely hope these judges and the minnions who lie for them ( clerks lied to my face!) face criminal consequences for their actions.
