I support this for many reasons but the number one reason is that I am an American, and I God given rights that are to be respected and honored. My daughter, my now 8 year old daughter, has rights. Why is it that our rights can be violated and her request and now demand to come home to me her mother, who she was wrongfully taken from almost 2 years ago. I, I’m sorry, WE were punished for doing the right thing and still doing whatever DCYF demands of us, me particularly so I can just SEE my daughter for the measly 2 hours at a public bookstore when our privately owned home with her beautiful bedroom and her big ol dog who would cuddle with her every single night and misses her terribly, where we WERE having visits and MANY more hours and days of visits, because the home was approved by DCYF, and actually there were ORDERS, supplemental orders made, to transition her home to me, but are MISSING on the case summary so they must not exsist. I have the orders, I have the audio, and can hear the judge say this. It doesn’t matter. Why? FAMILY COURT, and DCYF, and NO DUE PROCESS, as well as no care for the future of my family and the trauma we but especially my beautiful little girl, that I would have never done anything to hurt her or put her in harms way let alone traumatize her. This state which neither of us, my daughter or myself are even from, we were proud to citizens of, now live in fear of any authoritarian. She deserves better from the “live free or die state” and I as a tax paying citizen and home owner here in concord. I demand my constitutional rights be honored and hers as well. Do right, WE THE PEOPLE are demanding it.
