This system has been working well for years. All children benefit equally. The change will not only reduce access to necessary vaccines, but will discriminate against those families least able to pay. In addition, the work load on all physician’s offices and medical programs will increase, increasing the expense to everyone. The last thing we need to be doing is increasing the flow of funds to insurance company’s coffers. This seems to be a “make more work” political scheme or a chance for increased discrimination against those most in need of support, our children. Why change what works?
