Please pass this important bill. There are no real winners in Family Court. I have not seen my grandson since 2017. Due to a Guardian who lied and a Judge who didn't question her absurd statement that my whole family was unfit to be with a child. At least six Judges!!! The parent who shuts out the other parent may consider that they are the "victor." But at what cost to the child/children? The children are forced to have only one perspective of the other parent.
