These young peop[e need help to get their feet on the ground when they are beginning to move forward in life. I would ask for one addition to the bill. That a mentor of their choosing help them with making wise choices about the money that they receive. This idea needs further refinement, of course. I am influenced by social scientists who agree that in the U.S. population, adulthood is generally achieved by the age of 30 years old. Some sort of oversight, depending on the maturity of the individual, would be prudent.
